When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
Before shipping:
You can usually cancel your order directly from your account by going to your order details and selecting “Cancel order” or “Request cancellation.”
After shipping:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is typically no longer possible. In this case, you can refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving the item.
Partial orders:
If only part of your order has a longer delivery time, you may be able to cancel just that item while keeping the rest.
Important:
Cancellation availability depends on how far your order has been processed. Orders that are already dispatched or in final processing may not be eligible for cancellation.
