Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated according to your destination and order value.
United Kingdom: Standard delivery is £5.99 for orders under £50. Free standard delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.
Selected international destinations: Shipping rates vary by destination. Free standard international delivery is available on eligible orders of £100 or more in selected destinations.
Other international destinations: Available delivery services and charges are calculated at checkout where delivery is available.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our Return and refund policy. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with any original tags and packaging where applicable. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at sales@byaisha.co.uk and we will arrange the appropriate return solution. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@byaisha.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
