Eligibility & Conditions
The 14-Day Window
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval
Pristine Condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from odors (perfume, smoke)
- No visible wear or damage
Original Packaging
- All tags intact
- Woven Gold Thread label included
- Original boutique box required
The 1-of-1 Rule
Due to the uniqueness of each design, we do not offer direct size exchanges.
You may return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Regional Guidelines
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery)
- We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit
🌍 International (EU & USA)
- Mark your return as: “RETURNED GOODS – UK ORIGIN” with a value of £0
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Any UK customs charges applied will be deducted from your refund
How to Initiate a Return

2. Approval
We will review your request and provide return authorization, along with the return address and packaging instructions
3. Shipment
Carefully package your item and send it back.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- A full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
